Amazing use of lighting and colours; I love the bold colour block against the atmospheric photographs of teenagers with fragile hair and delicate skin. As for the narrative, hard candy is powerfully minimalistic although perhaps, implausible. Teaches me that forever--the state of being, not the phrase--must suck. And when it's finally over, it's over. An immense sense of relief. I like it.
